[目的 ]探讨接尘不吸烟工人呼吸系统的损害。 [方法 ]对石制品 12 4名接尘不吸烟工人及对照组进行呼吸系统询问调查和肺功能测定。 [结果 ]接尘组工人呼吸系症状阳性率明显高于对照组 ,肺功能明显下降 ,FVC、FEV1、FEF2 5 - 75明显下降 ,均有显著性差异。 [结论 ]矽尘作业工人呼吸系统和肺功能损害是严重的 ,应采取防护措施
[Objective] To explore the respiratory system damage of non-smoking workers exposed to dust. [Methods] A total of 12 4 dust-free and non-smoking workers in stone products and control group were investigated for respiratory system and lung function. [Results] The positive rate of respiratory symptoms in workers exposed to dust was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the pulmonary function was significantly decreased. The FVC, FEV1 and FEF2 5 - 75 levels were significantly decreased, both of which were significantly different. [Conclusion] The damage of respiratory system and pulmonary function of workers exposed to silica dust is serious, and protective measures should be taken
