It is composed of retaining wall surface, steel rods and anchoring plates, etc. It balances the lateral pressure of the soil against the wall by means of the anti-pulling effect of the anchor plate embedded in the soil. This kind of building has a light structure and saves materials. The components can be prefabricated, and it is easy to adopt mechanized construction. It is flexible and can adapt to poor foundations with low bearing capacity. This paper introduces several major types of anchor plate structures, and discusses design principles and internal force analysis based on research experiments.
