资江氮肥厂第29号家属宿舍,位于该厂第一生活区,厂文娱大楼的西北隅,靠近通往生活区南北主干道的南侧,住宅南边有一片坡地,拟建成一个以花草树木为主的园林风景点,与住宅东端的绿化小地连成一体,以改善职工的生活环境,给人以美感,增强生活情趣。因该建筑所处的地理位置为山坡地段, 故设计东段为2单元五层,西段为2单元四层,朝向为偏北5°30′的砖混结构,建筑面积2601平方米,共36套房间,均为二室一厅一厨一厕双阳台,每户平均建筑面积72.25平方米,使用面积为54.08平方米,使用面积系数为0.75,决算造价30.96万元,每平米造价119元。
