宋城演艺是中国演艺第一股,经过20多年的发展,逐渐打造成为宋城文化娱乐生态圈。本文运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面对宋城演艺进行分析,基于此提出宋城演艺的发展战略:持续创新战略;多元化发展战略;走国际化道路战略。 Songcheng Performing Arts is the first unit of Chinese performing arts, after 20 years of development, and gradually create a Songcheng culture and entertainment ecosystem. This article uses SWOT analysis method to analyze Songcheng Performing Arts from the aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Based on this, it proposes the development strategy of Songcheng Performing Arts: continuous innovation strategy, diversified development strategy and international road strategy.
