在国网公司党组的坚强领导下,经过数年的共同努力,国网公司“三集五大”体系建设已经取得重要成果。组织架构、业务模式、主要机制总体建立,人财物等核心资源实现集约管控,规划、建设、运行、检修、营销“五大”核心业务工作界面和工作职责清晰明确,管理统一高效,支撑坚强有力。同时职责、流程、制度、标准、考核“五位一体”基本建成,以业务流程管理为核心,职责体系为保障,制度标准为准则,考核评价为导向的全面覆盖、横向协同、纵向贯通管理机制逐步形成,保障了“三集五大”高效运转,促进企业绩效提升。
