随着我国经济和教育事业的发展,学校越来越注重对学生的素质教育,而德育教育是其中的重要一环,贯穿于学生日常生活的各方面。因此,小学阶段的德育教育就显得尤为重要,班主任作为班级管理者和学生成长过程中的领路人,要为学生树立起一个良好的榜样,做到言传身教,帮助学生培养良好的思想品德。本文主要对小学班主任班级管理中德育工作的实效性进行了分析与探索。
With the development of economy and education in our country, schools pay more and more attention to the quality education of students, and moral education is one of the most important parts, which runs through all aspects of students’ daily life. Therefore, the moral education in primary school is particularly important. As the class manager and the leader in the process of students’ growth, the teacher should set a good example for students and help them develop good ideological and moral qualities. This article mainly analyzes and explores the effectiveness of moral education in class management of primary school teachers.
