观察了33例正常人服~(131)I后7天内甲状腺蓄~(131)I率及尿~(131)I排出率动态变化,获得了函数表达式。38例血清蛋白结合碘表明,它们与甲状腺最大蓄~(131)I率呈正相关关系。对照国内报道的3428例正常人服~(131)I后2天内甲状腺蓄~(131)I率数据对年龄、性别和地区等因素的影响作了分析。本文结果可供核电站意外释放放射性碘时对人员实施辐射监测时估算人体内~(131)I摄入量和计算甲状腺内剂量用。
The dynamic changes of thyroid 131I and urinary 131I excretion rates within 7 days after taking 131I were observed in 33 normal subjects, and the functional expression was obtained. 38 cases of serum protein with iodine showed that they had a positive correlation with the maximum thyroid 131I. According to the data of thyroid gland 131I rate in 3428 normal subjects ~ (131) I reported in China, the influence on age, gender and region were analyzed. The results of this paper can be used to estimate ~ (131) I intake and to calculate the intra-thyroid dose in radiation monitoring of personnel when radioactive iodine is accidentally released by nuclear power plants.
