贵阳市二轻局根据轻工部杨波部长“允许二轻集体企业确定内部技术人员的职称”的意见(载1984年9月27日《经济参考》),结合我市二轻工业的具体情况,开展系统内部技术业务职称评定工作.在会计方面,基本上按1983前国家评定职称的要求、步骤进行,做到既从实际出发,又能保证质量,并为下一步国家评定技术职称工作打下了基础.经过三个多月的考核、评定,已评出第一批会计师15人,助理会计师46人,会计员160人.他们都分别取得《贵阳市二轻系统技术职称证书》,并在二轻系统内部享受同国家正式评定的技术人员的同样
