目的 :观察疏肝健脾、清热利湿法为主的抑激I号方 (柴胡、白芍、枳壳、党参、白术、茯苓、黄连、白蔻仁、苡薏仁、厚朴、甘草 )治疗腹泻型儿童肠易激综合征 (IBS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :采用随机对照方法 ,将 76例 8~ 14岁IBS患儿分为中药治疗组 ( 4 2例 )和思密达西药对照组 ( 3 4例 )。所有患者均需进行治疗前、后症状评分。疗效标准为显著、中度、轻度缓解和无效。结果 :治疗组治疗后腹痛、腹胀、排便次数、粪便性状、粘液便、排便异常感、腹部触痛均显著低于治疗前 ;对照组治疗后除腹胀、腹痛、腹部触痛症状积分无明显变化外 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,排便次数、粪便性状、粘液便、排便异常感均低于治疗前 ;治疗后治疗组与对照组比较 ,除排便次数、粪便性状、粘液便无显著差异外 ,腹痛、腹胀、排便异常感、腹部触痛均显著低于对照组。中药组与西药组比较 ,显著缓解率和总缓解率有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组无不良反应发生。结论 :抑激I号方是有效、安全的治疗腹泻型儿童IBS药物。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shugan Jianpi and Qingre Lishi on inhibiting the diarrhea in rats treated with inhibition factor I (Bupleurum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Citrus aurantium, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Poria, Coptis, Baihuiren, Job’s tears, Magnolia officinalis, Type of children with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: A total of 76 children with IBS aged 8-14 years old were divided into two groups: traditional Chinese medicine group (42 cases) and Smecta western medicine group (34 cases) by randomized controlled trial. All patients need to be treated before and after symptoms score. Efficacy standards for significant, moderate, mild relief and ineffective. Results: After treatment, abdominal pain, bloating, defecation, stool traits, mucus stool, abnormal bowel movement and abdominal tenderness in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment; in control group, there was no significant difference in symptoms of bloating, abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness (P> 0.05), defecation, stool, mucus and defecation abnormalities were lower than before treatment; after treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, in addition to defecation frequency, stool, mucus no significant difference , Abdominal pain, bloating, abnormal defecation, abdominal tenderness were significantly lower than the control group. Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, significant remission rate and total remission rate were significantly different (P <0.05). No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group. Conclusion: Suppressor I is an effective and safe treatment of IBS in children with diarrhea.
