金刚石锯片的焊接强度要求极高,传统的烧结加钎焊的方式加工的锯片其强度尤其是高温强度低。激光焊接是一种新的快速成型加工方法。采用激光焊接方法加工金刚石锯片,获取其截面数据是实现自动化加工的关键。经过多年的实践探索,研制出一种新的基于 3A的方法。即 AME建立模型, ADS- C和 API函数编程。利用3A法编制的软件系统根据输入的参数设置加工精度,选择加工纹理方向,能自动对各种锯片进行截面处理,获取其剖面数据,输出到激光焊接设备实现加工的自动化。实践证明是一种有效快捷的方法,克服了 STL方法可能存在的空隙和丢失面的缺陷。
