时下,伴随着社会的不断进步,房地产事业的发展也越来越迅速,这一行业的进步也给商业银行带来了商业机会。然而,针对房地产行业的市场研究并没有确切的描述,因此房地产行业的市场走向并不明朗。由于房地产市场走向的原因,增大了商业银行给其进行贷款的风险性。本文根据信息经济学概述,重点分析商业银行给房地产公司进行贷款时所存在风险的几种体现模式,并且根据这种模式的结构特色,提出相应的解决方案。
Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of society, the real estate industry is also developing more rapidly. The progress of this industry has also brought commercial opportunities to commercial banks. However, there is no exact description of the market research for the real estate industry, so the market direction of the real estate industry is not clear. Due to the real estate market, commercial banks have increased the risk of lending to them. Based on the overview of information economics, this paper focuses on the analysis of several manifestations of the risks that commercial banks have when they make loans to real estate companies, and puts forward corresponding solutions according to the structural features of this model.
