目的了解天津市中小学生超重肥胖现状,为相应干预措施的制定提供线索。方法应用分层整群随机抽样方法,共选取天津籍7~18岁城乡学生8 098名。应用WGOC标准筛查学生超重、肥胖,按照全国体质调研体测要求测试学生握力、50 m跑、立定跳远、肌力、耐力跑及坐位体前屈。结果天津市中小学生的超重肥胖检出率为33.7%;城市男生超重、肥胖检出率最高,分别为20.17%,25.83%;城市高于乡村,男生高于女生。除坐位体前屈项目外,城市男、女生中正常体重组学生的身体素质优于肥胖组。偏回归分析结果显示,城市学生BMI与身体素质指标存在相关性(P值均<0.05)。结论超重肥胖仍是天津中小学生的主要健康问题。应当采取综合措施控制学生超重肥胖,促进学生身体素质的发展。
Objective To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity in primary and secondary school students in Tianjin and provide clues for the development of corresponding interventions. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used. A total of 8 098 urban and rural students from 7 to 18 years old in Tianjin were selected. Application WGOC standard screening of students overweight, obesity, physical fitness test in accordance with national physical test requirements of students grip strength, 50 m running, standing long jump, muscle strength, endurance run and sitting body flexion. Results The prevalence of overweight and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Tianjin was 33.7%. The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity in urban boys were the highest (20.17% and 25.83% respectively). The urban areas were higher than rural areas and boys were higher than girls. In addition to the sitting body flexion project, the urban boys and girls in the normal weight group of students physical fitness is better than the obese group. Partial regression analysis showed that there was a correlation between BMI and physical fitness of urban students (P <0.05). Conclusion Overweight and obesity is still the main health problem of primary and secondary school students in Tianjin. Comprehensive measures should be taken to control students overweight and obesity, and promote the development of students’ physical fitness.
