黑热病是一种慢性地方性疾病。我国建国前该病主要流行于长江以北地区,近年来在四川、甘肃、新疆和内蒙古等地区发病有上升趋势。建国以来,广西地区还没有本地人感染“黑热病”病例报告。现将我院2007年12月收治广西首次诊断输入性黑热病2例报告如下。1病例资料例1:患者男性,26 Kala-azar is a chronic endemic disease.
