一氧化氮似不参与川芎嗪抑制家兔肠系膜微血管运动

目的 :用活体家兔肠系膜微血管观察川芎嗪 (TMP)的作用与一氧化氮 (NO)的关系 ,以进一步明确川芎嗪对微血管的作用机理。方法 :取健康雄性大耳白家兔 2 0只 ,以乌拉坦腹腔注射行基础麻醉 ,氯醛酮耳缘静脉注射维持麻醉 ,气管插管置家兔于自发呼吸状态。记录呼吸、血压、观察家兔肠系膜微血管和微循环的变化 ,将结果摄录到监视器上 ,用暂停功能测量。结果 :静注TMP后可使由去甲肾上腺素 (NA)诱导出的血管运动抑制于舒张状态。采用不同的给药顺序应用NOS抑制剂L -NMMA后TMP的作用未受影响。结论 :TMP抑制血管运动的机制与内源性NO无关 ,即TMP的作用不是通过内源性NO介导的 OBJECTIVE: To observe the relationship between ligustrazine (TMP) and nitric oxide (NO) with live rabbit mesenteric microvascular to clarify the mechanism of ligustrazine on microvascular. Methods: Twenty healthy male large white rabbits were selected. The rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of urazathan, and anesthetized by intravenous injection of chloral hydrate. The rabbits were given spontaneous breath by intubation. Respiration and blood pressure were recorded. Changes of mesentery capillaries and microcirculation in rabbits were observed. The results were recorded on a monitor and measured with a pause function. Results: TMP infusion inhibited the vasomotor activity induced by noradrenalin (NA) in diastolic state. The effect of TMP after administration of NOS inhibitor L-NMA with different administration sequences was unaffected. CONCLUSION: The mechanism by which TMP inhibits vascular motion is independent of endogenous NO, that is, TMP is not mediated by endogenous NO
