《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)中梁的整体稳定系数φb计算公式比较复杂,在计算压弯构件弯扭失稳承载力时,提供了相应的简化计算公式。修订的新规范对梁的整体稳定计算做出了较大调整,但计算公式仍较为复杂。而且修订的新规范仅对工字形和H形截面构件提供了简化公式,未对T型截面构件做出说明。通过对均匀弯曲的剖分T型截面受弯构件整体稳定系数计算公式推演,结合相关文献中各种φb计算公式的分析对比,提出合理的剖分T型钢压杆弯扭屈曲稳定系数简化公式。利用简化公式计算多根剖分T型钢压杆的整体稳定承载力,并对比有限元软件ANSYS分析结果,验证简化公式的正确性。
The calculation formula of the overall stability coefficient φb of the middle girder in “Code for Design of Steel Structure” (GB 50017-2003) is rather complicated. Corresponding simplified calculation formula is provided in calculating the buckling-buckling bearing capacity of the bending-bending member. The revised new code made a big adjustment to the overall stability of the beam, but the formula is still complicated. Moreover, the revised new specification provides only a simplified formula for I-shaped and H-shaped members, and no explanation for T-shaped members. Based on the analysis and comparison of various calculation formulas of φb in related literatures, a simplified formula of buckling stability factor of T-shaped steel bar is proposed. The simplified formula was used to calculate the overall stability of multi-split T-bars. The ANSYS results of finite element software were compared to verify the correctness of the simplified formulas.
