目前普遍采用的道路质量评价方法,属事后检验方式,不能有效地指导道路施工,预防质量问题发生,而且存在评价指标单一、评价结果片面、评价覆盖面小等缺陷。综合考虑碾压工艺、压路机参数、材料特性等影响道路压实质量的关键因素,利用无线传感网络技术获取覆盖整个施工道路的碾压过程质量控制数据,以碾压遍数和监测点位置为时空维度,以碾压过程中道路的压实质量数据与施工工艺参数、压路机参数、材料特性数据为驱动,基于支持向量机建立道路压实质量评价模型。实验结果表明,提出的道路压实质量智能评价方法可以更客观、更全面地对施工过程质量控制水平和建成道路的质量状况进行智能分析和判别,捕捉碾压过程中的压实质量异常先兆,及时调整施工工艺,实现了从事后检验发展到预防性质量控制的跨跃,促进道路质量管理水平的有效提升。
At present, the widely used method of road quality evaluation is a post-inspection method, which can not effectively guide the construction of the road and prevent the occurrence of quality problems. Moreover, there are defects such as single evaluation index, one-sided evaluation results and small evaluation coverage. Comprehensive consideration of rolling process, roller parameters, material properties and other factors that affect the quality of road compaction, the use of wireless sensor network technology to obtain coverage throughout the construction road rolling process quality control data to the number of rolling and monitoring points for the location of Space-time dimension, driven by compaction quality data and construction process parameters, roller parameters and material properties data during rolling process, a road compaction quality evaluation model is established based on support vector machine. The experimental results show that the proposed method of intelligent evaluation of road compaction quality can more objectively and more comprehensively analyze and judge the quality control of construction process and the quality status of the completed roads and capture the precursors of abnormal compaction quality in the process of compaction. Timely adjustment of construction technology, to achieve the development of post-test to prevent the quality control of the leap, and promote effective improvement of road quality management.
