本文对花键轴开模冷挤压中出现的入模口处局部镦粗问题进行了理论上的分析, 并通过上限法计算得出避免这一现象出现的开模挤压可成形性范围, 实际的工艺实验结果验证了上述计算的可靠性。本文还提出了当出现镦粗后如何抑制其扩大从而使开模挤压仍能继续完成的办法,并对这种解决办法进行了理论上的分析计算和实验检证。
In this paper, the problem of local upsetting at the die entrance occurred in the cold extrusion of the spline shaft was theoretically analyzed, and the range of open mold extrusion formability to avoid this phenomenon was calculated by the upper limit method. The actual process experiment results verify the reliability of the above calculation. The paper also put forward how to suppress the enlargement of the mold after the upsetting so that the mold extrusion can continue to be completed. Theoretical analysis and calculation of the solution and experimental verification are also made.
