迄今为止 ,已经采用无血清培养、单克隆技术及免疫荧光化学技术对神经干细胞进行分离、培养和纯化。深入研究脑发育过程中神经干细胞的增殖分化机制 ,阐明神经干细胞在脑内增殖、分化的影响因素 ,可以有目的地诱导脑内神经干细胞的增殖分化或通过体外干细胞培养后再植入的方法代替退化和死亡的神经细胞 ,从而为进一步治疗神经系统疾病提供依据。本文就影响神经干细胞增殖分化的主要因素做一综述
