目的 研究月见草油乳剂对豚鼠卡那霉素内耳中毒的防治作用 .方法 应用硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)荧光比色法测定豚鼠对照组、卡那霉素 (KM)组和 KM +月见草油乳剂组耳蜗组织中丙二醛 (MDA)的含量变化及实验前后测定听性脑干反应 (ABR)听阈阈移变化 .结果 KM组 ABR听阈阈移明显高于正常对照组和 KM +月见草油乳剂组 (P <0 .0 1) ;KM组豚鼠耳蜗组织中 MDA含量明显高于正常对照组和 KM+月见草油乳剂组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 氧自由基是卡那霉素中毒的主要因素之一 ,月见草油乳剂具有拮抗卡那霉素内耳中毒作用 .
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of evening primrose oil emulsion on the inner ear poisoning of guinea pig kanamycin. Methods The guinea pig control group, kanamycin (KM) group and KM + were determined by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) fluorescence colorimetry. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the cochlear tissue of the evening primrose oil emulsion group and the threshold shift of auditory brainstem response (ABR) were measured before and after the experiment. The results showed that the threshold threshold shift of ABR in KM group was significantly higher than that of normal control group and KM. + Evening primrose oil emulsion (P <0.01); KM content in KM cochlea tissue of KM group was significantly higher than that of normal control group and KM + Evening Primrose oil emulsion group (P <0. 01) Conclusion Oxygen free The base is one of the main factors of kanamycin poisoning. Evening primrose oil emulsion can antagonize the inner ear poisoning of kanamycin.
