松树为我国的主要造林树种,具有种类多、分布广、材质好等特点。开展松树染色体组型的研究,不仅有助于了解它们的亲缘关系、起源和进化,而且在育种实践上也有着重要的意义。1978年以来,西北林学院林木遗传育种教研室与陕西省林业研究所育种室合作,进行了不同松树种和同种不同产地松树染色体组型的研究,现将部分研究结果报告如下。一、材料和方法供试树种有油松(Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.)、马尾松(P.massoniana Lamb.)、华山松(P.armandi Franch.)、白皮松(P.bungeana Zucc.ex Endl.)和樟子松(P.sylvestris L.var.mongolica Litv.)。油松种子采自辽宁、河南、山东、山
Pine is the main afforestation species in our country, with many species, widely distributed, good material and so on. It is not only helpful to understand their kinship, origin and evolution, but also have important meanings in breeding practice. Since 1978, the Department of Forest Genetics and Breeding of Northwest Forestry College has cooperated with the breeding room of Shaanxi Provincial Forestry Research Institute to study the chromosome constitution of different pine species and pine trees of the same origin.
