针对钻机液压卡盘中传扭盘磨损严重,传扭盘与端盖间沿圆周方向间隙增大,导致胶套寿命缩短的问题,采用数值模拟方法研究传扭盘的力学特征及变形破坏原理,提出用圆柱销配合方式代替卡槽传动的方法。通过三维建模及数值分析得到:圆周方向间隙由0.11~0.37mm减小到0.016~0.061mm;传扭盘最大应力由371MPa降至115 MPa。井下胶套使用寿命由原来5d左右,提高到20d以上。
In view of the serious wear and tear of the torque plate in the hydraulic chuck of drilling rig and the increase of the clearance in the circumferential direction between the torsion disc and the end cap, which leads to the shortening of the life of the rubber cover, the mechanical characteristics of the torsion disc and the deformation and failure principle are studied by numerical simulation. Proposed method of using cylindrical pin instead of card slot drive way. Through 3D modeling and numerical analysis, the circumferential clearance is reduced from 0.11-0.37mm to 0.016-0.061mm, and the maximum stress of the transfer disc is reduced from 371MPa to 115 MPa. Underground rubber sleeve life from the original about 5d, increased to 20d above.
