知识量化的研究基于两个维度,一是通过信息和隐性知识的计量,二是把知识当作一个整体,通过投资收益率的变化或者知识熵等来衡量,在此基础上提出虚拟企业知识存储模型。依据知识存储模型分析虚拟企业的知识驻点,简要分析虚拟企业知识盈余原因及利用,重点探讨虚拟企业知识出现缺口的原因,把它分成3种类型,并提出相应对策。
