利用三坐标测量仪测量圆柱分度凸轮廓面的坐标数据,建立了圆柱分度凸轮的实体模型,提出了通过机构运动仿真来获取凸轮的动程角和从动件运动规律等参数的逆向CAD方法,给出了在Pro/Mechanism模块上实现的过程,进一步可以结合所测量的凸轮机构基本结构尺寸进行正向设计。试验结果表明:该方法能快速、准确地实现从动件运动规律反求,可直接应用于工程实际。
The coordinate data of the cylindrical indexing cam profile was measured by the coordinate measuring machine. The solid model of the indexing cam was established. The inverse CAD model which obtained the parameters such as the kinematic angle of the cam and the follower motion was obtained by the mechanism motion simulation. Method, the process implemented on the Pro / Mechanism module is given and the forward design can be further combined with the measured basic dimensions of the cam mechanism. Experimental results show that this method can quickly and accurately reverse the law of follower motion and can be directly applied to engineering practice.
