目的分离知母中菝葜皂苷元,并对其进行衍生化,初步评价目标化合物活性。方法采用萃取、水解、重结晶,并通过化学手段和光谱分析鉴定知母中菝葜皂苷元的结构和纯度,通过一系列反应合成其衍生物。测定目标化合物的抗衰老活性。结果分离得到菝葜皂苷元,通过不同反应合成了8个菝葜皂苷元衍生物。8个化合物显出不同抗衰老活性。结论化合物1、2、6、7、8为新化合物,其中化合物1抗衰老活性突出,可进行深入研究。
OBJECTIVE To isolate sapogenin from Rhizoma Anemarrhena asphodeloides and to derivatize it, and to evaluate the activity of target compounds. Methods Extraction, hydrolysis and recrystallization were used to identify the structure and purity of sarsasapogenin from Rhizoma et Radix et Rhizoma by chemical means and spectral analysis. The derivatives were synthesized by a series of reactions. The anti-aging activity of the target compound is determined. Results Smilagenin was isolated and 8 Smilagenin derivatives were synthesized by different reactions. Eight compounds showed different anti-aging activities. Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8 are new compounds, of which compound 1 has prominent anti-aging activity and can be further studied.
