老龄化社会的银色浪潮给我国的养老保障事业带来了新的发展机遇,也对退休人员管理工作(以下简称‘退管工作’)提出了更高的要求和新的挑战。但目前的退管工作发展很不平衡,有的管理方式落后,服务错位,在管理和服务的思路和方法上还有许多缺陷。要弥补缺陷完善管理,需要社会养老方面的专家和学者的科学研究和理论探索;也有赖于广大退管工作者的辛勤实践和大胆创新。
The silver tide of an aging society has brought new opportunities for development for the pension insurance in our country and put forward higher requirements and new challenges for the retirement management (hereinafter referred to as “withdrawal management”). However, the development of current administration of withdrawal has been very unbalanced. Some management methods are outdated and services are dislocated. There are still many shortcomings in the management and service ideas and methods. To make up for the defects of sound management requires scientific research and theoretical exploration by experts and scholars in social care for the elderly. It also depends on the hard work and bold innovation of the majority of those who give up their jobs.
