随着油气田勘探开发向纵深发展 ,液动冲旋钻井技术钻硬地层的独特优点引起了广大科研工作者浓厚的兴趣。但是如何在恶劣的工作环境下提高冲击器的抗摩擦性能成为该技术大面积推广的一个技术难点。文章首先阐述了石油行业中常用的几种典型动密封结构形式 ,然后通过总结这些结构的优缺点 ,提出了一种利于提高冲击器使用寿命的新型密封结构。通过室内试验证实该密封结构性能可靠 ,价格低廉 ,对提高冲击器的使用寿命和现场推广有很大的帮助作用
With the development of oil and gas exploration and development in depth, the unique advantages of hydraulic drilling and drilling technology hard and hard formation aroused great interest of researchers. However, how to improve the anti-friction performance of the impactor in a harsh working environment has become a technical difficulty in the large-scale promotion of the technology. The article first describes several typical forms of dynamic seal used in petroleum industry. Then, by summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of these structures, a new type of seal structure is proposed to improve the service life of impactor. Through laboratory tests confirmed that the sealing structure of reliable performance, low cost, to improve the service life of the impactor and on-site promotion of great help
