目的:制备白藜芦醇脂质体。方法:采用薄膜法等多种方法制备白藜芦醇脂质体。以包封率为指标,采用均匀设计法进行处方筛选。对脂质体的包封率、渗漏率、形态等进行质量评价。结果:薄膜法制备白藜芦醇脂质体的包封率最高(86.74%),筛选出的最优处方为:胆固醇与磷脂1∶5,V E为0.09 g,RES为0.012 g,Tween-80为0.02 g。结论:薄膜分散法制备白藜芦醇脂质体简便可行,包封率高,稳定性好,体外释放具有缓释性。
Objective: To prepare resveratrol liposomes. Methods: Resveratrol liposomes were prepared by many methods, such as membrane method. The entrapment efficiency as an indicator, the uniform design method for prescription screening. The liposome encapsulation efficiency, leakage rate, morphology and other quality evaluation. Results: The entrapment efficiency of resveratrol liposomes was the highest (86.74%). The optimum prescriptions were cholesterol and phospholipid 1: 5, VE 0.09 g, RES 0.012 g, Tween 80 Is 0.02 g. Conclusion: The preparation of resveratrol liposomes by membrane dispersion method is simple and feasible, with high entrapment efficiency, good stability and sustained release in vitro.
