采用免疫组化SP法检测各种卵巢组织中缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。发现HIF-1α和VEGF在正常卵巢、卵巢良性肿瘤组织中不表达.而HIF-1α在卵巢交界性肿瘤及卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率分别为42.9%、81.8%(P<0.05),VEGF分别为85.7%、90.9%(P<0.05)。二者在卵巢癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.923.P<0.05)。认为HIF-1α与VEGF在卵巢癌组织中异常表达;HIF-1α可通过促进细胞VEGF的表达而促进细胞的增殖,两者共同参与卵巢上皮性癌的发生、发展和转移。
Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) -1α and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in various ovarian tissues. Found that HIF-1α and VEGF in normal ovarian, benign ovarian tumor tissue is not expressed. The positive rates of HIF-1α in borderline ovarian tumors and ovarian cancers were 42.9% and 81.8%, respectively (P <0.05). The positive rates of VEGF were 85.7% and 90.9% (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between them in ovarian cancer (r = 0.923, P <0.05). It is thought that HIF-1α and VEGF are abnormally expressed in ovarian cancer tissues. HIF-1αcan promote the proliferation of the cells by promoting the expression of VEGF in the cells. Both of them are involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
