调查的动因 企业主管有两大工作,包括做人与做事,做事的专业能力基本上不成问题,最难做到尽如人意和最能体现管理真谛的,要算是做人的部分。尤其现代主管功能中,管理人的部分正逐渐增加,而人不像机器可随心所欲地操作与驾驭,必须讲求方法与技巧,以便能引导与激励员工,使其心甘情愿地向工作目标迈进。这是相当费时费神的工作,所谓做事难,做人更难,管理人最难。
