上海市静安区的老达是个远近闻名的人物。“老达”名叫达庆熙,回族,性格开朗,多才多艺。老达政策清,人头熟,又天生一副热心肠,少数民族都很信任他。街道也很倚重他,每次街道开展综合执法、整治活动,凡涉及少数民族的,都先要到老达这里咨询一下民族政策。虽然工作没有报酬,但老达非常享受这种被人“需要”的感觉。可是,2010年,他不幸罹患脑梗,留下了腿脚不便的后遗症,许多工作不能再像以前那样亲力亲为了。老达割舍不下他心爱的社区民族工作,静安区也舍不得老达这个好不容易树立的品牌,怎么办?
