目的分析眶内海绵状血管瘤的MRI表现特征,提高对本病的诊断能力。方法回顾性分析11例眶内海绵状血管瘤患者的MRI平扫、脂肪抑制成像(SPIR)及增强扫描的表现特点。结果11例患者MRI扫描T1WI呈等信号8例,稍低信号3例,T2WI高信号11例,SPIR稍高信号11例。增强后动脉期中心轻度强化7例。MRI诊断8例为眶内海绵状血管瘤,3例为球后占位血管性肿瘤不除外。结论MRI对眶内海绵状血管瘤具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the MRI features of orbital cavernous hemangiomas and to improve their diagnostic ability. Methods Retrospective analysis of 11 cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma MRI plain scan, fat suppression imaging (SPIR) and enhanced scanning performance characteristics. Results Eleven patients underwent T1-weighted MRI with equal signal in 8 cases, slightly lower signal in 3 cases, T2WI high signal in 11 cases and SPIR slightly higher signal in 11 cases. Enhanced arterial phase mild enhancement in 7 cases. MRI diagnosis of 8 cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma, 3 cases of posterior vascular tumor is not excluded. Conclusion MRI has important diagnostic value for orbital cavernous hemangiomas.
