一、前言摆线齿轮是摆线齿轮减速器、摆线油泵和油马达中的关键零件,它的精度与质量对产品的水平起着重要的作用。随着加工精度的不断提高,对摆线齿轮精度测量要求也随之提高。目前,我们一般厂家对于摆线齿轮的测量只局限于通过不同直径的量棒来测量齿厚误差、根圆直径、顶圆直径等,测量精度及效率极差,而且这些方法也只能部分反映齿形误差,未能反映其全貌。在国内还没有连续自动测量摆线齿轮专用仪器、国外也没有正式产品出售的情况下,我们试制了这台摆线齿轮测量仪。二、基本原理

Second, the basic principle
