目的研究云锡矿工肺癌与c┐fos癌基因关系。方法用原位杂交方法检测20例云锡矿工肺癌(M组),20例非云锡地区非矿工肺癌(NM组)以及10例死于非肺部疾病患者的尸解肺组织(C组)中c┐fos癌基因的过度表达情况。结果c┐fos癌基因的过度表达M组5/20(25%),NM组12/20(60%)和C组1/10(10%)。结论c┐fos癌基因的过度表达和非云锡肺癌的发生有关,而与云锡肺癌发生的直接关系不明显,因此,云锡矿工肺癌与癌基因关系具有特殊性。癌旁增生上皮c┐fos表达常呈阳性反应。
Objective To study the relationship between lung cancer and c┐fos oncogene in Yunxi miners. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect 20 cases of Yunxi miners with lung cancer (Group M), 20 cases of non-miners with lung cancer in the non-Yunxi area (NM group), and 10 cases of autopsy lung tissue that died of non-pulmonary diseases (C) Overexpression of c-fos oncogene. Results The overexpression of c-fos oncogene was found in group M 5/20 (25%), NM group 12/20 (60%) and group C 1/10 (10%). Conclusion The overexpression of c-fos oncogene is related to the occurrence of non-cloudy tin lung cancer, but it is not directly related to the occurrence of lung cancer in Yunnan tin. Therefore, the relationship between lung cancer and oncogene in Yunnan tin miners is special. The expression of c┐fos in the adjacent hyperplastic epithelium often has a positive reaction.
