介绍了应用化工流程模拟软件(PROCESS)对聚乙烯醇生产装置的醋酸精馏塔进行的模拟计算和工艺分析,探讨确定了导致醋酸产品纯度和收率偏低、能耗偏高的主要原因,并提出了优化操作工况的改进方案。结果表明,应用模拟软件优化聚乙烯醇生产装置操作工况,达到提高产品质量和节能降耗之目的是可行的。
This paper introduces the application of chemical process simulation software (PROCESS) to the simulation calculation and process analysis of the acetic acid distillation column of the polyvinyl alcohol production unit. The main reasons that lead to the low purity and low yield of the acetic acid product and the high energy consumption are discussed. And put forward an improved plan to optimize operating conditions. The results show that the application of simulation software to optimize the operating conditions of polyvinyl alcohol production equipment, to improve product quality and energy saving purposes is feasible.
