单增李斯特菌与绵羊李斯特菌是李斯特菌属中具有致病性的两个菌种,均能在胞内繁殖,可以作为疫苗载体构建疫苗。但它们在宿主范围和致病力等方面又存在较大差异,导致两者在疫苗学和免疫学领域的应用不尽相同。从分子层面上看,两种菌独特的病原学特点与各自的主要毒力因子蛋白及相关毒力基因的差异有关。分析比较两者的毒力因子蛋白及基因,对两菌进一步在疫苗学上的应用很有必要。本文特对单增李斯特菌与绵羊李斯特菌毒力因子蛋白组学和基因组学研究进展作一综述。
Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria monocytogenes are two pathogenic strains of Listeria that both breed intracellularly and can be used as vaccine carriers to construct vaccines. However, there are great differences in host range and pathogenicity, which lead to their different applications in the fields of vaccine and immunology. At the molecular level, the unique etiological characteristics of the two strains are related to the differences in their major virulence factor proteins and related virulence genes. Analysis and comparison of the virulence factors of the two proteins and genes, the two bacteria further application in the vaccine is necessary. This article reviews the progress of proteomics and genomics research on Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria monocytogenes virulence factors.
