前言 当个体鼻窦不能平衡大气压力时,会发生窦气压性损伤。反复发生窦气压损伤的军事飞行人员被列为不适于飞行,直到潜在的原因被检查确诊和治疗。计算机层面X线照像术和Hopkin杆状内窥镜的最新进步使有窦解剖结构异常的飞行人员的检查确诊和窦外科治疗成为可能。所有气压性损伤的飞行人员以后都送到皇家空军航空医学院作减压鉴定。方法
INTRODUCTION A sinusoidal pressure injury occurs when the individual sinus can not balance atmospheric pressure. Military pilots who recurrent sinus pressure injury are classified as unfit for flight until the underlying cause is diagnosed and treated. Recent advances in computed tomography and Hopkin rod endoscopy have made it possible to diagnose and sinus surgery patients with abnormal sinus anatomy. All airborne injuries were later sent to the RAF Academy of Aviation for decompression identification. method
