本研究选择先天性血管病变患者65例,根据临床及病理检查,按Muliken和Glowacki的新分类诊断分组,每例抽取静脉血2ml,应用典型的双抗体放射免疫法测定血清雌二醇E2水平,结果表明:①血管瘤和血管畸形及正常对照各组的男、女患儿血清E2水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),其血清E2水平与性别无关。②血管瘤和血管畸形患儿血清E2水平之间统计学差异显著(P<0.01),说明血管瘤血清E2水平明显高于血管畸形血清E2水平。血清E2水平可作为血管瘤和血管畸形的鉴别诊断指标之一。

Serum E2 level had no relation with sex. ② There was a significant difference in serum E2 levels between hemangiomas and vascular malformations (P <0.01), indicating that the level of serum E2 in hemangiomas was significantly higher than that in serum of vascular malformations. Serum E2 levels can be used as a differential diagnosis of hemangiomas and vascular malformations.
