介绍了新型螺旋斜板一体化净水设备的工艺流程,并对该设备的创新部分——螺旋斜板进行详细分析。螺旋斜板的引入使设备的沉淀空间利用率达到100%,不但提高了沉淀效率,减少了占地面积,还节省了投资。生产性试验的运行结果表明:新型螺旋斜板一体化净水设备具有絮凝效果好、抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效率高、运行稳定等特点。在进水流量为240 m3/d,浊度、CODMn及UV254分别为(40.7~203 NTU)、(0.98~2.98 mg/L)、(0.018~0.064 cm-1)的条件下,出水浊度、CODMn及UV254分别为(0.32~1.46 NTU)、(0.72~1.48 mg/L)、(0.011~0.039 cm-1),满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求。
The technological process of the new spiral inclined plate integrated water purification equipment is introduced, and the spiral part of the spiral plate is analyzed in detail. The introduction of the helical swash plate makes the utilization rate of the deposition space of the device reach 100%, which not only improves the deposition efficiency, reduces the floor space but also saves the investment. The operational results of the production test show that the new spiral inclined plate integrated water purification equipment has the advantages of good flocculation effect, strong impact load resistance, high processing efficiency and stable operation. Under the conditions of influent flow rate of 240 m3 / d, turbidity, CODMn and UV254 values of (40.7-203 NTU), (0.98-2.98 mg / L) and (0.018-0.064 cm-1) CODMn and UV254 were (0.32-1.46 NTU), (0.72-1.48 mg / L) and (0.011-0.039 cm-1), respectively, which met the requirements of “Sanitary Standard for Domestic Drinking Water” (GB 5749-2006).
