美国是当今世界第一文化强国,作为一个典型移民国家,美国并没有悠久的历史与深厚的文化传统和底蕴,却能够向全球输出其文化,通过文学、电影、互联网,在文化和价值观上取得了相对优势的地位。一直以来,美国文化产业十分繁荣昌盛,得益于其独特的文化事业运作模式:法律保障、政府资助、税收优惠、行业推动、基金支持以及非营利组织贡献等。随着中国经济社会的不断发展,中国的文化事业单位现在正处在不断发展变革阶段。美国文化事业组织管理的制度、政策、实践等方面的经验,对中国文化事业单位改革的有着重要的启示与借鉴意义。
