一会场大会会场:设西安市新城东门外革命公园群众堂。二宿舍代表宿舍:分设西安市后宰门街省立西安女子中学。西七路交际处,西七路省立一中,后宰门培华学校,新城南门外崇德小学,东大街青年会等处三报到手续1 各代表应于八月十日前,向大会筹委会秘书处(地址在西安市后宰门街省立女子中学内)办理报到手续。2 代表到大会筹委会秘书处报到时,由收发室工作人员,引进至组织股登记报到组,经登记报到组介绍到总务股招待组,即引领代表到宿舍洗脸休
