目的对连翘Forsythia suspensa的化学成分进行研究。方法通过大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从连翘的50%乙醇提取物中分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为毛柳苷(1)、连翘酯苷E(2)、quinolacetic acid(3)、黄瑞烷酮(4)、千里光内酯(5)、cleroindicin C(6)、4-羟基-4-异丙基-1-环己烯甲酸(7)、oleuropeic acid(8)、rel-(1S,2S,4S)-trihydroxy-p-menthane(9)、壬二酸(10)、2-羟基-丁二酸-4-内酯(11)、glochidioboside(12)、(+)-异落叶松脂醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)。结论化合物5~13为从连翘属中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Forsythia suspensa. The compounds were identified as mural glycoside (1), forsythiaside E (2), quinolacetic acid (3) (5), cleroindicin C (6), oleuropeic acid (8), rel- (1S, 2S, 4S) -trihydroxy -p menthane (9), azelaic acid (10), 2-hydroxy-succinic acid 4-lactone (11), glochidioboside -D-glucoside (13). Conclusion Compounds 5-13 are isolated from Forsythia for the first time.
