在过度供给条件下,社会消费朝多样化、个性化的方向发展。在这种条件下,各个细分市场上的需求量相应减少,要求厂商体组织多品种小批量的柔性生产。柔性制造要求通过消费者与厂商的互动式通讯更好地满足顾客的个性需求,运用柔性措施、系列化措施提高生产的批量。 Under the condition of oversupply, social consumption has developed in the direction of diversification and individuation. Under this condition, the demand in each segment of the market is reduced accordingly, requiring the manufacturers to organize flexible production of multiple varieties and small batches. Flexible manufacturing requires that consumers and manufacturers communicate interactively to better meet customers’ individual needs, and use flexible measures and serialization measures to increase production volume.
