生产变形鋁合金工厂用的主要熔炼設备有:容量20～40吨的反射炉,容量6～12吨的熔沟式感应炉,容量7～10吨的电阻炉。为了生产再生鑄造合金,再生有色冶金工厂采用了容量10～30吨的反射炉和容量达6吨的感应坩堝炉。
The main smelting equipment used in the production of deformed aluminum alloy plants are: Refractory furnace with capacity of 20-40 tons, Melting groove induction furnace with capacity of 6-12 tons and resistance furnace with capacity of 7-10 tons. In order to produce recycled foundry alloys, the regenerative ferrous metallurgical plant employs a reverberatory furnace with a capacity of 10 to 30 tons and an induction crucible furnace with a capacity of 6 tons.
