用 1 50Gy的6 0 Coγ射线诱变处理 (绵阳 88 3 3 4× 88 1 1 52 5)杂交当代干种子 ;从MF2 代中选择优良单株为供试材料 ,以MW1 4和改良MS为基本培养基进行离体花药培养 ,获得MH1代纯合二倍体花粉株系 ;1 996年选育出遗传稳定、综合性状优良的花培突变体新品系 60 86及其姊妹系 60 85和 60 87。 2 0 0 2年新品系 60 86通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定 ,命名为川辐 5号。表明利用辐射诱变并结合花药培养 ,可有效地缩短小麦育种周期 ,提高辐射育种效率
The hybrid seeds of the contemporary hybridization were treated with 50 Gy of 60 Co γ-rays (Mianyang 88 3 34 × 88 1 1 52 5). The excellent single plant from the MF2 generation was selected as the test material, with MW14 and modified MS as the basic Culture medium for in vitro anther culture to obtain MH1 generation of homozygous diploid pollen lines; breeding in 1996, genetically stable, excellent comprehensive traits of new varieties of cultivars 60 86 and its sister line 60 85 and 60 87 . The new line of 2002,2006 was approved by the Crop Variety Approval Committee of Sichuan Province and named as Sichuan Spread 5. It shows that the use of radiation mutagenesis combined with anther culture can effectively shorten the wheat breeding cycle and improve the efficiency of radiation breeding
