农民工是我国工业化、城镇化进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动大军,是推动我国社会经济发展的重要力量,为我国城市繁荣和现代化建设做出了重要贡献。但是,由于农民工整体文化素质较低,安全意识淡薄,缺乏必要的安全知识和自我防范能力,给安全生产带来了很大压力。近几年发生的生产安全伤亡事故,每年职业伤害、职业病新发病例和死亡人员中,半数以上是农民工。 Migrant workers are a new type of labor force that emerged in the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country. They are an important force for promoting the social and economic development in our country and have made important contributions to the prosperity and modernization of our cities.
