通过回顾汽车造型的演变过程可以看出汽车功能的变化,现代汽车已不仅仅作为一个代步工具而存在,而成为了物质文化的象征与标志。当汽车作为奢侈品被人所消费的同时,汽车造型的多元化也体现出不同的消费选择,隐藏在其背后的是社会性别、阶层等一系列文化差异。作为当代精英生活方式的表征,汽车造型设计不仅满足了人们对自身身份认同的定义,同时也激发了一些隐秘的欲望,在制造商的引导下,诱惑消费者迷失在不断消费的物质欲望之中。
By reviewing the evolution of car styling, we can see the changes of car functions. Modern cars have not only existed as a means of transport, but have become the symbol and symbol of material culture. While cars are being consumed as luxuries, diversification of car styling also shows different consumption choices. What lies behind them is a series of cultural differences such as gender and class.
