榕昌化工属国家中I型、化工原料型企业。现有固定资产1亿3千万元,年销售额2亿多元,上缴税利1千多万元,由于工厂生产化工原料,稍有不慎极易发生工伤事故。因此,正确处理工伤保险与工伤预防之间的关系,全面推进工伤保险制度改革,对促进安全生产,提高企业经济效益,有着极其重要作用。一、投保获赔有益企业工伤理赔是对劳动者在遭受职业伤害后得到的医疗救治、收入补偿、遗属抚恤,劳动者既受到救助、又使企业受益,化解了经营风险。但是,在投工伤保险时,有许多企业存在误区,受原有计划经济影响,只给长期工投了险,不给短期聘用的劳动者投险,结果事与愿违。1998年8月,我厂三个员工出差浙江,在途中不幸发生车祸,两死一伤,其中一人属长期工,投了工伤险,另一人临时聘用未投工伤险,然而在事后的处理上,存在两种不同的待遇,投险的按国家规定理赔,当事人家属心服口服;未投险的,企业按照《福建省安全卫生条例》全额赔付。企业蒙受了重大的损失不说,家属还不满意。因此,不管招用什么工,长期的、短期的都应一视同仁,都应投保,这样企业既受益,也避免纠纷。
