在实施绩效工资背景下,教师管理面临新的挑战。学校管理者应变革管理思维方式,切实发挥绩效工资的激励与导向功能,进一步加强教师队伍建设,不断提升学校服务质量和社会资本。为积极应对学校管理面临的挑战,学校需要有先进的学校文化积累,这种文化积累仅靠制度管理是远远不够的。参与式管理可以不断创生新的文化特质——科学、民主、秩序、自由,这些文化特质是激励学校成员自主进步的精神动力,对于丰富学校文化内涵、促进学校科学发展起到积极作用。
Under the background of implementing performance pay, teacher management faces new challenges. School administrators should change the way of thinking in management of reform, give full play to the motivation and guidance function of performance salary, further strengthen the construction of teachers and continuously improve the service quality and social capital of schools. In order to actively respond to the challenges faced by school administration, schools need to have advanced accumulation of school culture, which is not enough to rely solely on system management. Participatory management can continuously create new cultural traits - science, democracy, order and freedom. These cultural traits are the spiritual impetus to inspire the school members to make independent progress and play an active role in enriching the school culture and promoting the scientific development of the school.
