本文通过对美国现有旅游代理商售后服务体制和现状的分析,得到美国现存旅游代理商售后服务体制和售后服务现状的信息,总结了旅游代理商售货服务的基本特征。针对国内旅行社售后中,回访制度不够完善、投诉机制落实不到位、服务形式单一、忽视顾客资料库的完善和建立等现状,提出我国旅行社售后服务需要改革的方向。 Based on the analysis of the service system and current situation of the existing travel agents in the United States, this article obtains the information of the current service system and service status of the travel agents in the United States, and summarizes the basic characteristics of the travel agents’ sales service. In the after-sales of domestic travel agencies, the return visit system is not perfect, the complaint mechanism is not in place, the service form is single, the customer database is ignored and the status quo is established and so on.
