拨云岭水电站为栾川县境内伊河梯级开发项目中的引水式电站,设计装机容量2×3000KW。受业主委托,洛阳洲海工程建设监理有限公司承担拨云岭水电站工程施工监理任务。监理部成立后,以“竭诚服务”为宗旨,认真贯彻业主意图,努力做好质量控制,力争实现预定目标。目前拨云岭水电站即将完工。通过近两年时间的实践——认识——再实践——再认识的过程,逐步摸索出了一套行之有效的质量控制的方法。其主要内容可以简单归纳为五个方面,
